Gulfview was the perfect place for our recent family vacation. The location couldn’t be better - short walk to the beach and the lake & next to the pool. The home is lovely and homey. The kitchen was well stocked, the AC worked great & the showers had strong water pressure. The outside shower and hose by the front door were a huge help. We appreciated having access to 4 bikes, a wagon, chairs, umbrella and lots of toys. The owners were very communicative and very responsive when I had questions. Check in was simple. I really appreciated and enjoyed being able to spend a week at Gulfview.

Wonderful stay, such a short private walk to the beach. Property so family friendly with ever amenity a little one would need during their stay. We really enjoyed our time and will certainly be back! Thank you for having us!

This rental was just okay when it came to the physical space inside-- there were lights that were out, TV remote batteries dead, etc.-- but the location by the pool and near the ocean is great. We had an issue with a leaking toilet in one of the bathrooms, and the property managers were great and helped us solve the problem as quickly as possible. Another plus was that there were beach chairs and a wagon, which we used daily. It was nice that there were bikes, but because they stay outside all the time, they weren't in the best shape (couldn't adjust seat heights and seat material rubbed off on our clothing.)

This condo has everything you could want in a beach getaway. You can see the ocean from the balcony and lay on the beach after a 2 minute walk. The pool is a nice break from the sand. We will be back.

We love Grayton Beach - this is our 2nd year in a row to stay at Grayton, first one at this condo. It was equipped with everything we needed for a 2.5 year old (high chair, Pak-n-play and lots of books and toys). The owner was very responsive to anything we needed. Will definitely be back!
