Comfortable flat with fabulous view
The apartment was spacious and well equipped . The location was great for getting to know this part of the Côte d’azur And fine without a car.
Appartement spacieux à vue magnifique
Nous avons passé 9 jours formidables dans cet appartement spacieux, propre, bien tenu et généreusement équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter pour les vacances, mème des joujous pour la plage. Beaucoup de choses, e.g. dans la cuisine, sont à disposition , système prendre et remplacer. La propriété est bien soignée. On se sent comme chez soi. Y contribue le concierge sympa, M. Dubreil, toujours présent, toujours occupé, toujours gentil. La vue sur la baie est magnifique. L'appartement est parfaitement situé entre Villefranche et Beaulieu La gare de Beaulieu est 15 minutes à pied. On n'a pas besoin d'une voiture, nous n'avons bougé la nôtre qu'une fois.
Nous avons très envie de rentrer.
Given that this apartment is be found in the Beaulieu-Villefranche part of the Cote D'Azur, it is ideally located to experience the very best that the region has to offer.
Cannes and St Tropez in the west as well as Menton and Villefranche in the east are all easily accessible by train. The area is also well served by an excellent bus network which means that you can literally travel anywhere in the local region. Indeed Monte Carlo is no more than a 15 minute train ride away and 1.50 euros by bus!
This superb apartment is situated no more than 50 yards from the waterfront with wonderful sea views from the balcony that overlooks the private harbour.
Ideal for couples and families, it is well very equipped and comfortable with all the facilities you need to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with local shops and markets a short walk away.

An apartment with a view!
This 3rd floor apartment is set within an exclusive private block that overlooks the Mediterranean between Villefranche and Beaulieu, nestling amongst what can only be described as mansions belonging to the rich and famous.
It has a spacious double bedroom and lounge, both with glorious sea views. The terrace also overlooks the bay and is the perfect place to enjoy drinks and meals with an panoramic view.
The apartment is clean and whilst it may require some cosmetic updating, it offers excellent value for money particularly given its unrivalled location. For this reason I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, or the customer service provided by the owner.
The block of apartments is set within well maintained gardens from which there is direct access to a private harbour and the sea.
The property is within easy walking distance of Villefranche, Saint Jean and Beaulieu. My husband has enjoyed jogging along the coastal pathways! Villefranche has got an excellent selection of restaurants and bars to suit all price brackets. Saint Jean offers an exclusive insight into some of the most beautiful properties on the Cote D'Azur, with yachts to match! Beaulieu has excellent shops, including bakeries, supermarkets, etc., everything you could possibly need for your holiday.
There are excellent beaches in Villefranche, Saint Jean and Beaulieu, but if it is a daily swim you want, then the property offers the direct access required.
Local transport facilities are again within walking distance, with bus access to Nice (very reasonably priced) or use the local train stations to access other resorts along the coast, e.g. Cannes, Monaco or Menton.
There are plenty of places to visit, sites of interest, etc., within walking or public transport distance, there is no need to drive if you choose not to do so.
I can do no more than highly recommend this location - beautiful and thoroughly relaxing. We traditionally holiday in October and it can't come round soon enough.

Nice er 10 minutter unna med bil eller buss (busstopp 100m) og Monaco ligger 20 minutter unna langs kysten.
