Luxury 3-roms villa med privat basseng

Great villa in quiet location. Stayed for 2 weeks mid Oct with kids to visit Disney/ Universal. 20-30 mins drive to each. Great covered pool area ( paid extra for heating just to be sure kids would go in each day!). Walmart and loads of chain restaurants within a couple of miles of villa which we ate at most days on way back from parks.

The villa was easy to rent and the admin response excellent. Spacious property with good facilities and within easy reach of major supermarket. Perhaps one or more cooking dishes could have been available but otherwise satisfactory.

We stayed the 2nd week in August, 2019 and had a great trip. The house was very clean and as advertised. The pool was very nice although we didn't use it much since we usually got in late from the theme parks. We went to Universal Studios but picked a house in Kissimmee since we knew the area better than the area around Universal. That resulted in a 30+ minute drive each way to Universal but we expected that. This location would be very convenient for the Disney parks. BTW right now the listing says there is one bathroom but there are two full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one between the other two bedrooms. The owners returned the security deposit promptly.

Good location,very clean, well equipped, excellent value for money and great communication with Paul the owner .

Nice, clean, convenient. Close ( 1mile ) to Walmart on the 192 which makes it easy to get all over.
