As good as it gets!
All perfect from start to finish: perfect location & view, top standard and caring host
Great location, Great view
This was our second stay in 2 years, the apartment is small but functional, the view and location in Antibes however are the big selling points, the view over the marina, fort Carre and the Alps is just superb. The location is very central for everything in Antibes and yet is only a few yards away from the bus and train stations, (though you would never know from inside the apartment) making the location ideal for travelling along the coast to visit any of the towns/cities in the Cote d Azur. No car needed.

The perfect spot, high standards super location and views
in short; perfect it simply could not have been better
Property very clean with good view from terrace over Port Vauban.
The property is well sited for easy access to the Port and Antibes. There is a secure car park which can be somewhat challenging for a big car but once mastered is fine. We were met by the owner and his wife to be shown around, everything was explained fully. It was nice to put a face to a voice on the telephone or by email.
We're so glad when our efforts are appreciated, we do our utmost to keep our top-rating.
That french garages are "challenging" for bigger non-french cars is unfortunately a fact we have to live with.....
Property well maintained and equipped with everything needed for self catering.
Enjoyed our time there with a very good location, particularly for the train and bus station. Once the bikes were fixed we used them to get about the town and to get to the beach.One disappointing aspect was that the beach was more than 300 metres from the apartment, but it was within walking distance. The rooms were a nice size but didn't particularly like the bed being next to the wall. Very clean apartment and the owner was very helpful.
The bikes might from time to time deflate on a tire or two why we have pump in the apartment.
There are different beaches on each side of the harbour within walking distance. Apologies if I have said 300 m to the beach, that is wrong. The waterline in the harbour is though less than that.
I would assess the distance to beaches to be roughly 600 m
There is a charm with beds that one can walk around but for practical spatial reason in a relatively small apartment the beds are next to the wall (apart from the bedsofa in the living room.)
Have never had any comment about it but am now gratefully seeing it as constructive advise to get the ratings I am aiming for
Great holiday apartment
We had the apartment for 11 days in July 2016 and enjoyed great weather, the apartment is on the small side for a family of 4 with adult kids, however this is more than compensated for by the fantastic view over Port Vauban, Fort Carre and the Alps behind. We spent most mornings and all evenings enjoying the view with local excellent food and wine, highly recomended.

Yes, the apartment is on the small side for a family of 4 with adult kids. Gladly I note that some other factors compensated for the tight living conditions.
Adult kids sleep well in the living room as well but then of course that area is blocked during long parts of the morning....That is why we suggest to have kids in the entrance/hallway.
