POSITIVES: Unit pics/description were accurate, great location, easy beach access, upscale restaurants nearby, a wonderful restaurant on-site, walking distance or short drive to the "action", beautiful partial view of the ocean, wonderful hotel staff, room AC works great, nice gym
NEGATIVES: Floors were filthly upon arrival (feet were black), AC is VERY noisy when cutting on/running (needs to stay at 70 or it gets muggy),minimum/random glassware, old coffee pot, not enough towels for 2 people and a 5 day stay, not supplied with enough papertowels or toiletpaper, no hand soap, no sheets were provided for the pull out bed which was VERY uncomfortable (dips in center), king bed frame is broken and propped with stuff underneath, pool is small, unit 806 is on the noisy side of the hotel (car noise from the restaurant parking lot & entrance to the hotel garage and valet...trash truck at 6:15am),
I contacted Kamran to let him know the floors were not clean and we were not provided with enough papertowels, toiletpaper and sheets. He did send the cleaning crew to take care of those things that day.
However when I requested more towels, I did not get a response until I reached out again. His answer was "you can pick up extra towels at the gym or preschedule an entire unit cleaning for $175". If we only need a few towels, why would I need to pay for a "cleaning service"?
Nowhere in the listing was this mentioned. How difficult is it to provide extra towels, sheets and blankets?
