This was a perfect gîte for our holiday. It is in a very quiet area with a short walk to the city centre. You can walk through the owner’s large garden down to the Tarn River and onto a pontoon with a table and benches with wonderful views of the cathedral and old bridge. The house was very clean with everything you could need. It was hot when we were there, but the house is traditionally built and remained pleasantly cool. The owners, who live next door to the gîte, were very helpful and kind, including giving us fruit and vegetables from their garden and some excellent local wine. Highly recommended.

After bit of confusion with three houses with the same number in the street we finally arrived to the right house and were welcomed by pleasant and charming Madame Isabelle Couzi.

She introduced the house to us and explained all about its appliances. The house was very well equipped with all we needed and very clean. Madame Couzi lent us the bedding and towels. We were not informed to bring our own, which would have been impossible from Australia. Madame Couzi was very helpful and explained to us local customs and what to see during the week we stayed. We have visited the hilltop historical villages and enjoyed local wine, bread and cheeses. However she couldn’t influence the cold weather of April! Thank you Madame Couzi!

l'endroit idéal pour découvrir Albi, niché à l'écart mais à 15mn du centre ville , au calme et au bord du Tarn avec un ponton donnant une vue magnifique !

Mais le plus, c'est la gentillesse et la discrétion de Mr et Mme COUZI.
