I have taken my family to the Regatta every year for the past 10 to 12 years. I love this place and it feels like a second home. I can honestly say that this was the most well thought out property we have stayed in thus far.

The entry sets it off. The entire common areas and master bedroom are tiled in beautiful white travertine. It's great on the feet and looks fabulous...just don't wear your sand covered shoes and scratch it. The furniture is tasteful and minimalist, which gives the property an uncluttered feel. There is a King Master with a walk in closet and massive shower, a queen second bedroom and a third with two twins. The second two bedrooms have Berber carpet and share a bath. There is an eat-in kitchen, dining table for 4, family room, laundry room and a lovely screened-in lanai.

What set this property apart from others is the little things. In addition to an iron and board, there was also spray starch provided. The linens were all wonderful quality as were the towels, and ample large tasteful beach towels. The kitchen was well appointed with Calphalon cookware, Ninja blender, beautiful cutlery and a Hamilton Beach toaster. All top of the line. The coffee pot was even high-end and I am looking for one just like it for home. They literally thought of everything you need when spending a week from home and provided it. One of the best features was the remote for the gate. No waiting for the guard to check you, just click and enter. Many places don't do this because the clicker ends up at the rental car place, but their attention to detail again prevails.

We also enjoyed the beach box in the parking space under the building. Chairs, floaters, balls and a nice wheeled cart to carry the gear and cooler down the 300 yard walk to the beach. They even provided a cooler and chill blocks so no ice needed.

Overall, this was a 5 star experience and highly recommended. Just stay away from my week in March next year!
