Hus med svømmebasseng og hage, nær stranden

Fijne locatie en prive zwembad.Woonkamer te klein voor 4 personen.Slechte zitbank doorgezakt en eetkamerstoel zwak.Keukengerei slechte koekenpannen.Gootsteen liep niet door.Zeer sympathieke eigenaar die enorm behulpzaam was.

Das Objekt ist sehr gut gepflegt, es fehlt bei der Einrichtung an nichts; besonders toll und komfortabel ist der Anbau am Pool mit Tischtennisplatte und Extra-Dusche/WC. Die Gartenanlage (5000m²!) mit dem Pool ist fantastisch. Durch die Hanglage hat man vom Wohnzimmer und den Balkonen/Terassen einen fantastischen Blick in den riesigen günen Garten. Ericeira, das Surferpardies, liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Der Strand von Lizandro ist wunderschön und lädt mit herrlichen Wellen und flachem sandigen Einstieg zum perfekten Badespaß ein. Auch der Strand Juliao (fußläufig vom Haus aus zu erreichen) ist herrlich, hat aber einige Steine im Wasser.

Für uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jungs im Alter von 10 und 6 - das Haus bietet mit noch einer von uns nicht genutzten Etage auch noch deutlich mehr Platz) ein absolut unvergesslicher und toller Urlaub

Maravillosa casa y entorno. Tranquilidad, bonito paisaje, estupenda piscina, playa muy cercana. Todas las comodidades y Francisco encantador y siempre atento y disponible. Recomendable. Inolvidable.

La maison est conforme à la description, fonctionnelle et typique des anciennes maisons portugaises. Nous avons peu profité de la piscine car le temps n'était pas avec nous. Seulement 22 degrés alors qu'à Lisbonne il faisait 32!Dommage que l'air de la côte soit si frais. Ceci dit, les enfants en ont quand même bien profité. Et j'ai beaucoup apprécié le calme....

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The accommodation is basic but there is everything you would need. Given the price for accommodation with a private pool it deserves 5 stars, but if you're looking for luxury inside it might not fit the bill. We are a family of 4 and the bedroom layout is pretty perfect for that. There is a small kitchen/dining/tv area. When we ate in we ate on the patio that over looks the pool and gardens which was lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and sun-beds and loved having it all to ourselves. The area is great with a short walk to a nice beach with a couple of cafes. I would highly recommend a car as you really need to drive to get anywhere other than the local beech. Ericeira is about 15 minutes drive away.
