It was a very nice apartment with plenty of space for 2. It is close to restaurants and shops, as well as the path along the river. Would highly recommend staying here! :)

Filipa is an amazing host! She did everything possible to make our stay as fantastic as possible. The flat is in a wonderful location - close to everything, but just slightly outside the main drag. Filipa provided great restaurant recommendations; listen to her! The typical Portuguese restaurant at the top of the stairs next to the flat (next to the church) should not be missed. Great food, great price, great service. I can’t wait to come back and visit again.

My wife and I just spent a few days in Lisbon (mid October) in this cozy apartment located in the heart of old city. Well equipped and clean - with a very hospitable and friendly owner, it worked out well for us. You can walk to most key sites or get access to public transport to get to other parts of the city/sites.

Windows are double pane - so the noise from traffic is limited and unnoticeable given you are in center city. We did not use heat or cooling as temperatures were ideal.

The parking (if you have a car) is cheapest in the parking deck above the nearby super market (aka Pingo Doce) @ 20 Euro a night. The other one we tried was further and 34/night !!

All this and other questions were well explained by Filippa who is very responsive on any requests.

There is a bit of noise from the elevator but there wasn't anybody coming/going in middle of night (except first Friday night when someone threw a loud party til 4 am on one of the lower floors).

Convenient to the airport as well - its only about 15-20 minutes without traffic driving.

Everything worked out very well. Great location.

My only slight problem was the noise outside the windows. It was the beginning of the college year and the young students on the street chatting whatever they chat.

Nous sommes vraiment contents d’avoir profité de cet appartement pendant ces quelques jours. Il est très confortable et très bien équipé. Très bonne connexion WiFi. Il est en outre très bien situé, au centre ville, à proximité des bus, métros et trains. Sa situation nous a également permis d’aller à pied sur le Tage, au Castelo de San George et dans tous les quartiers de le ville.

Nous devons aussi remercier Filipa de nous avoir accueillis si gentiment. Les renseignements qu’ elle nous a donnés se sont révélés précieux. Et nous avons tellement aimé les natas qu’elle nous avait préparés que nous en avons achetés tous les jours.
