Med mer enn 105 vurderinger er vi stolte over å ha tatt imot gjester siden 2010 til vår familie eide leiligheten og ser frem til å ønske deg også. Nylig har vi velkommen til vår leilighet VRBO bjørn - Les hans vurdering ovenfor.

Beliggenhet, beliggenhet, beliggenhet - ligger i den kongelige og historiske bydelen St James, Westminster. I tilknytning til Buckingham Palace leiligheten tilbyr uovertruffen tilgang til alt London har å tilby, inkludert tre Royal Residences, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, London Eye, National Gallery, West End Theatres og alle tenkelige butikk.

Som gjenspeiles i de mange anmeldelser plasseringen av leiligheten og nærhet til Londons største turistattraksjoner mener de fleste er innen gangavstand, og betydelige besparelser på tid og reisekostnader hadde.

Our stay exceeded our high expectations. We will return and will recommend the apt to our friends

This was our first time staying at an apt in Europe and we were a bit nervous about doing so. However everything went smoothly. The apartment was very nice and the location was superb. The staff was helpful and responsive to our every need. We could not have asked for a better experience and hopefully will return again to stay at this apt in the near future. The apartment was convenient to everything a tourist could need or ask for; tube, bus lines, wide variety of eating choices all within easy walking. Plus have St James so close for a morning stroll could not be beat. Loved our stay!

Fantastic Flat, Perfect Location, Great Experience

Summary: The flat is fantastic, the location is perfect, and the owners far exceeded our expectations of customer service. If you are fortunate enough to find availability, book it soon. Make sure you read the story at the end, since it is exemplifies the customer service you can expect.

The Flat: First impressions were great. The place smelled fresh and was clean. The flat is spacious and allowed the parents to sleep in a separate room from the kids. There was a fold-out couch and a roll-away bed. It has all the amenities you would ever need, including a washer/dryer, and full kitchen.

Location & Restaurants: The front door of the flat is about 50 yards from the St James tube station, which is very important in London. There are plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores close by. St James Park is around corner, which is a great for a run or walk in the park. The location is perfect for a holiday.

Customer Service & our iPhone Story: This is a wild story, and truly shows the character of the owners. Before we left to the airport, my wife took a final photo outside the flat, and then put the phone in her purse. Shortly after on the train to the airport, my wife noticed her iPhone was missing. We called Marc from the airport, and he had people looking outside the flat for over an hour, since our iPhone locator said it was close to the underground.

When we arrived home in California, we assumed we would never see the phone again. However, we received a phone call at 3am from the girlfriend of an underground maintenance worker. The maintenance worker found my wife's phone on the underground train tracks. Since we sent a number to call message, they were able to call me.

Marc, owner of the flat, then took over and coordinated meeting with this person. Marc gave the person who found the iPhone some cash + card as a thank you. Marc also paid for the expensive shipping from London to California. When I asked Marc to let me reimburse him he said, "you were a guest in my place and I will take care of you. If the roles were reversed, I am sure you would do the same". Wow!!!

The flat owners went way above any reasonable expectations, and this entire experience has renewed my faith that there are still a lot of good people happy to help others.

So, again, if you are fortunate enough to find availability, book it. The flat, location, and customer service are A++.

Found a bit of peace in central London

Marc's communication was thorough, easing our check-in and stay. The flat was spotless and large enough for my family of four.

Located on a side road, it was a quiet stay for central London (seemed busiest during business hours). Enjoyed the early morning walks in and around St. James Park, just a block or so from the flat.

Great location for London attractions

Quick walk to Buckingham Palace. Underground station and Starbucks are very close by. Clean. Had a hard time fitting 5 people. Overall a great stay!

Would agree with all previous reviews about the location. Really excellent, as you can walk to a lot of places and the Tube right beside it.

Accomodation was totally adequate and was clean and well presented. I found Marc to be very helpful and very accomodating in a couple of requests we had, so would definitely stay here again.

The only negative item I would have is that there is no double glazing and the noise from the street with early delivery traffic etc can be clearly heard but then again I am from the quiet countryside, so may not be an issue for city folks

You make reference to noise from deliveries and feel it only appropriate that I clarify your comment. Your short stay coincided with an annual festival of cycling ("Ride London") with more than 100,000 cyclists over 3 days. The start/end of each race and therefore the hospitality tents and TV crews are found set up on The Mall / St James's Park both moments from the apartment. With so much activity taking place during the 3 days coupled with a heavy Police presence for security and overseeing many road closures from early morning till late night this may be the noise you heard. It is worth noting that the apartment is in a zone that forbids deliveries being made outside normal working hours and never weekends (unless special dispensation is obtained). If prospective guests would like clarification please do not hesitate to contact me. Marc
