Steps from the beach. Condo was well equipped and had everything we needed.
My Wife and I have been coming down to the Grandview for a number of years. We always stay in the same unit. The unit is fabulous. It affords spectacular ocean views from the deck, the master bedroom and the guest bedroom;. It has a fully equipped kitchen; state of the art electronics (a 55" UHD curved screened smart TV in the living room) as well as smart HD TV's in the other 2 bedrooms. It is clean and well appointed. The Grandview is ideally located and there are a myriad of fine restaurants and the IGA Gourmet grocery store within walking distance. There is an exercise room (which is usually empty) to work off those extra calories. The owners and the reservation manager, Donna, are a pleasure to deal with. All in all, we highly recommend this property and this unit.
We absolutely loved Grace Bay and the Grandview. Not too crowded and always plenty of chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Perfectly located between Grace Bay Club and the Pelican restaurant (great happy hour and bands). The owner and their agent were very easy to work with. This condo was nicely furnished except for the sheets, towels and twin beds (maybe a thicker mattress pad would help the rock hard mattresses). We hope to return next year.
Our unit, 302, was very tastefully furnished. The property was very well kept. We loved sitting on the patio and watching sunsets. There were only a few guests when we were there so it was really nice not having to worry about getting an umbrella on the beach. Our only critical feedback is that the linens were awful. Bed sheets/comforters & pillows were extremely worn/stained; pool towels were so old they were falling apart.
Perfect size for my family of 5 and an ideal location on best beach in TCI. The views from the penthouse are breathtaking. You are literally steps from the sand which is hard to find unless you are willing to stay at a resort. The manager Godfrey was helpful, accessible, and attentive when needed. Also was nice to have a gated parking area for our rental car. The accommodations and amenities were as described per owner photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in TCI at Grandview 302.
Gorgeous view! Great place to stay for relaxing on the beach. However, snorkeling, paddle boarding, parasailing, etc. are not included.
