Enjoyable stay
The house is very cute, well maintained, and clean. We appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, linens and towels, all the necessary cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We enjoyed the backyard which had a stone patio with two good sized tables, chairs, and an umbrella. We also took advantage of the propane grill (with propane supplied) and a fire pit.
The kitchen was a good size and had all the tools to do some light cooking. The only downside for us was the coffee machine was a keurig so we ended up buying a cheap Mr. Coffee machine from Target.
The house is on a main street but the noise didn't bother us. We slept fine and the yard was deep enough that we felt the kids were safe to play outside. The property is located right next to a few restaurants and a mini golf/ arcade/ go-carts place. It was nice that you could just walk over. There is a Dollar Tree, a Stop n Shop, liquor store, and an awesome Italian bakery two minutes down the rode.
There are two beaches on the ocean side about 7 minutes away by car. We prefer the bay side beaches, those are about 20-30 minutes away.
Two things we wish had been different is that I messaged the owner twice during our stay but didn't get a response. It wasn't anything too important so it wasn't that big a deal. The other thing is the owner came by twice to retrieve items from the house with no notice. He was very nice and friendly but wished he had contacted us to give us a heads up.
Overall, we had a nice stay.
