Amazing holiday

Thank you Mary and Georgia for this amazing holiday in your Villa! The Villa looks exactly like on the photos, Everything was clean (Mrs. Christina and her husband looks after us, cleaned the pool and tidied up the trash) we ate the fresh fruits from the garden end absolutely enjoyed the weather at the pool! We can absolutely recommend the accommodation to others. Thank you for having us!

A fantastic country house with extensive gardens and a fabulous pool

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious country house with large gardens and the most wonderful pool. The house is close to lots of beaches and supermarkets and the children spent hours in the best pool we have ever used. The on site housekeepers are super helpful and kept the house spotlessly clean and helped with any issues we had. The air conditioning was a blessing at night in the warm summer heat. We would definitely recommend this villa to any family looking to explore this quieter part of the Peloponnese. A wonderful 2 weeks.

Awesome luxury villa with style

The most luxurious holiday home we have ever rented. Built in 1893, the villa is spacious, impeccably renovated, air-conditioned, and furnished with style; the adjacent pool house is cozy, the giant pool just wonderful even with natural shade for the sunbeds around noon. Several terraces for different views and hours (sea view above the trees; incredible sunsets!). The underground garage keeps your car quite cool even during the heat of the day. Pick your own fresh fruit from the orchard for breakfast, enjoy the vast carefully manicured green garden, play tennis or Basketball at night (floodlight) or simply relax. The caretakers living on the premises in a separate building do an excellent job with the garden, pool and house and are very helpful with everything (thank you Katja!). It makes you feel like a landlord on your stately estate - "Otium" like an aristocrat at your villa in the countryside in ancient Roman times. Situated in a rural quiet area with mostly local Greek summer tourists, it´s only a short drive or walk (less than 1km) to a choice of marvellous not overcrowded fine sandy beaches (our favourite: Belvedere) and many cozy Greek tavernas, but you might also prepare dinner in the villa yourself. For the cultural minded, nearby ancient Olympia and the medieval crusader´s castle Chlemoutsi will be a must-see; the Kyllini peninsula is a very scenic hilly area; even a day trip to the islands of Zakynthos or Kefallonia is an option. The owner Mairy, a decent elegant lady from Athens, is professional and fair (rental Agreement), polite, friendly and accomodating, welcomed us in person upon arrival, explained everything and kept in touch as needed for making our stay so enjoyable. Just awesome - unforgettable, thank you so much!

AMAZING

This property is everything and MUCH MORE than the pictures show. To start with the garden is full of fruit trees and you can walk around in the morning and pick up fruit for your breakfast - oranges, figs, plums, peaches, apples, pears, grapes.... The house is big and could easily accomodate our family of 8. The pool is the cleanest and one of the nicest pools I have seen! The on property caretakers look after the property and the house and Katia was like an angel looking after our every need (I wanted to bring her home with me). The tennis/basketball court was in good use even though it was so hot. The owner Mairy is very welcoming and if we had any concern she took care of it immediately. She checked on us daily to make sure everything was as we wanted. This property is like staying in a luxury hotel of your own!! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday or get together with friends of family - perfect paradise !!! Thank you Mairy, Katia and Vasili!!! Hope to be back one day !!
